Senior Manager/Supervisor
Position Summary 
As Senior Director of Corporate Finance, you will be a key driver of our capital strategy, balance-sheet management and structured financing initiatives. You’ll partner closely with the CFO, Treasurer, Legal and Business teams to optimize our funding sources, support M&A and strategic investments, and build best-in-class financial analytics. You will also lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals, continuously improving processes and delivering timely insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 
• Capital Strategy & Funding 
  – Develop and execute long-term capital plans, balancing debt, equity and alternative financing instruments 
  – Lead negotiations on credit facilities and covenant terms; manage bank and rating-agency relationships 
  – Oversee debt issuances, commercial-paper programs, refinancings and liquidity facilities 
• Renewable Energy Tax-Equity Partnerships 
  – Originate, structure and close tax-equity investments for residential solar projects, deploying over $2 billion through traditional, hybrid tax-equity and ITC-transfer transactions 
  – Negotiate partnership agreements with a diverse set of counterparties—including global banks, ESG-focused infrastructure funds, private-equity and credit investors, and tax-efficient corporates 
  – Coordinate due diligence, legal documentation and closing logistics to ensure smooth execution 
• Transaction Support & M&A 
  – Advise on financing structures for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures 
  – Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses and diligence efforts 
  – Coordinate closing activities and post-transaction integration of financing arrangements 
• Financial Modeling & Analysis 
  – Maintain dynamic models for cash-flow forecasting, leverage and liquidity metrics, and scenario planning 
  – Conduct cost-of-capital studies and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions 
  – Present data-driven recommendations to the CFO, Executive Committee and Board 
• Balance Sheet & Treasury Collaboration 
  – Partner with Treasury on cash-management strategies, intercompany funding and hedging programs 
  – Monitor working-capital drivers and recommend process enhancements 
  – Support implementation of treasury-management systems and automation initiatives 
• Team Leadership & Development 
  – Recruit, mentor and develop finance analysts and associates 
  – Establish performance objectives, conduct regular reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement 
  – Ensure strong financial controls, documentation standards and policy compliance 
• Stakeholder & External Partner Management 
  – Serve as primary finance liaison to banks, rating agencies, auditors and investors 
  – Prepare materials for investor presentations, analyst calls and earnings releases 
  – Collaborate with Legal, Tax and Accounting on disclosure, compliance and regulatory filings 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 
• 10+ years of corporate-finance experience with demonstrated leadership of complex financing transactions and teams 
• Proven track record structuring and closing tax-equity financings in the renewable-energy sector
• Deep expertise in debt and equity issuances, credit-facility negotiations and capital-markets transactions 
• Advanced financial-modeling skills and strong analytical rigor 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing senior executives and external counterparties
