Position Summary
As a Finance & Treasury Reporting Analyst, you will support the month-end and quarter-end close process, help maintain treasury controls, and deliver accurate cash and liquidity reporting. You’ll partner closely with the Reporting Manager, Accounting and FP&A teams to drive process improvements and deepen our understanding of working-capital metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Month-End & Quarter-End Close
– Reconcile daily and month-end bank and intercompany accounts
– Prepare debt and investment schedules, cash roll-forwards, and variance analyses
– Upload and validate data in the treasury management system
• Cash Forecasting & Analysis
– Assist with weekly and monthly cash-flow models; flag timing gaps or surpluses
– Analyze working-capital drivers (AR days, AP days, inventory) and report trends
– Support ad-hoc cash-management projects and “what-if” scenario analyses
• Process & Controls
– Document and maintain treasury procedures (wire-release protocols, cut-off calendars)
– Partner on SOX testing, internal audits, and policy updates
– Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks via tools or system enhancements
• Reporting & Dashboards
– Produce weekly liquidity snapshots and monthly treasury dashboards for senior leadership
– Develop standardized reports and templates to streamline information flow
– Assist in building self-service reporting tools (Excel models, Power BI visuals)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work with Accounting to resolve reconciliation discrepancies
– Support FP&A with data requests around cash forecasts and working-capital assumptions
– Liaise with IT/ERP teams on data feeds and system integrations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, accounting or FP&A
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, macros) and comfort learning treasury-management or ERP modules (e.g., Kyriba, Oracle, SAP)
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present data clearly to non-finance partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a remote-friendly environment
